We are looking for a Warehouse Associate, who will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines.
• Verify product accuracy, quality, and quantities before shipping.
• Prepare packages for shipment by securely packaging items and applying shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight services for outgoing shipments.
• Generate shipping labels, documentation, and packing slips.
• Receive returned merchandise and process necessary paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience within a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift 45lbs
