Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, package handling, and operating heavy equipment in a warehouse distribution environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse management systems. Responsibilities: - Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently - Operate reach trucks, order pickers, and other heavy equipment to move and organize inventory - Build and assemble pallets for shipment - Utilize warehouse management systems (AS400) to track inventory and update records - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (AS400) is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory integrity Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth within the company - Comprehensive training provided for operating heavy equipment - Safe and clean working environment If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Warehouse Associate.

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
