Position: Part Time (20 hrs/week). Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm.

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate at Reparex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our repair operations by ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory and materials. From receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to preparing orders for repair technicians, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the success and growth of Reparex within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for repair technicians according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of inventory and materials to identify and address any damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and storage areas as needed to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or pickup, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating with shipping carriers as necessary.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receiving, shipping, and stock adjustments, using the company's inventory management system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks, address workflow challenges, and ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the warehouse, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and materials.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
