Shift Hours: Variable shifts requiring full availability between 8:30am – 5:00pm. Shifts will start between 8:30-10am and last 4-8 hours per day based on volume. Standard shift is likely to be 8:30am – 1:30pm.

Job Description:
The Sobr Market is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the day-to-day responsibilities of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Check and inspect goods received for damages or discrepancies.
- Accurately record and update inventory information using computerized systems.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping, delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
- Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Entry level/on-site training provided.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role an asset.
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery, including forklift - training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 70lbs (32kg) unassisted.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding and temperature changing warehouse environment.
- Team player with good communication skills and willingness to ask questions and for assistance.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
