Warehouse Cleaner (Morning Shift)

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate - Cleaner to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team in Bolton, Ontario.

Location: 12480 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, ON L7E 4M2

Hours: 6AM-2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for daily operations of the facility.
• Pick up garbage, empty garbage bins and sweep floors.
• Clean racking, machines and equipment.
• Perform other cleaning and organizational duties as assigned.
• Assist in the receipt, handling, shipping and storage of goods.
• Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
• Build kits as per specifications provided.
• Double check orders to ensure no overages or shortages.
• Operate packaging machines (tape, shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, etc.).
• Repackage, re-label, refurbish and sticker product as required.
• Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Experience with cleaning duties in a warehouse is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse / Distribution environment in shipping / receiving
• Experience with manual and automated material handling equipment i.e. shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, pump truck, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Effective communication skills in English – read, write, listen and speak.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software.
• Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
