Warehouse & Delivery Associate
Reporting to the General Manager, the Warehouse & Manufacturing Associate (W&MA) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of duties in their respective Service Centre. The self-driven professional has experience in warehouse operations, is exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. It is a full-time permanent position based out of Winnipeg.
Key Responsibilities:
· Produce and deliver exceptional products daily as required by management
· Point of contact for local client base when required
· Coordinate all aspects of warehouse logistics within the inventory system (order filling, picking, receiving, shipping, and storage) as required from branch General Manager
· Ensure the highest quality of products are available
· Track KPI’s for warehouse and manufacturing platforms as developed by management
· Work directly with our sales team to grow sales by supporting the customer-facing end of the business
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and following safe work procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 2-3 years’ direct warehouse experience
· Self-motivated, high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
· Manufacturing Lean Process and usage of tools
· Proven exceptional customer service skills
· Knowledge of operational logistics, warehouse mapping, procedures, and transportation
· Class 5 drivers’ license is mandatory
· Positive hard worker, Team Player
