RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our Warehouse and Equipment Manager directly supporting our construction operations, you will be entrusted with overseeing various critical tasks, including:

• Overseeing the management of tool and equipment inventory, tracking, and budget
• Coordinating inspections, repairs, and maintenance for tools, equipment, and the fleet
• Procuring and purchasing tools and equipment
• Managing equipment mobilizations and demobilizations to/from sites
• Coordinating annual inspections of tools and equipment
• Handling office and site errands, including material support for sites
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting
• Ensuring the orderly state of our warehouse, office, and yard spaces
• Managing/performing general property maintenance
• Safeguarding warehouse/yard security
• Executing occasional site-related tasks
• Managing and supervising the warehouse/yard attendant

REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you must:

• Possess a Class 5 valid driver's license
• Possess or willing to obtain a Class 3 driver's license
• Demonstrate proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal abilities

SKILLS AND ASSETS:
Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be considered valuable assets:

• Degree or post secondary education in a related field
• Proven experience in construction tool and equipment management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment
• Familiar with safety regulations, industry standards, and proficiency in common computer applications
• Familiar with small engine/tool repairs, troubleshooting, and basic operation of mid-sized construction equipment (skidsteers, backhoe, mini excavator, etc.)

The successful candidate will be a hardworking and independent individual capable of making swift decisions and taking ownership of results. Demonstrating ease under pressure, they will navigate the intricacies of the industry with confidence. You will also have a warehouse/yard assistant working under your supervision, therefore managing/supervising experience will be an asset.
