Overall Requirements:

Our Operations Department is looking for a Warehouse Level II to work with our Warehouse team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Maintain control of the warehouse with respect to inventory and internal controls, cycle counts, and housekeeping
• Provide input in the development and continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures
• Pick, pack, and ship orders for delivery with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure packaging and quantity for each order to the required destination in shipping and receiving is transacted correctly
• Handle all aspects of shipping/receiving, ensuring accurate and up to date records while adhering to company standards
• Ship products utilizing various carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Assist team members to ensure efficient workflow while maintaining accurate data and process control, adhered to established SOP’s
• Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
• Perform root cause analysis with support and provide input on correct action(s)
• Contribute towards training and cross training/development of coworkers
• Take on leadership roles with regards to special projects, as required
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience:

• High School or equivalent
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to re-prioritize one’s activities to deal with various conditions or conflicting requests and work under pressure.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
• Ability to multitask and adapt to the needs of the business on a daily basis, including workload peaks and need for OT
• Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
• Intermediate Advance Pro (AP) knowledge
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset
