Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
Verify and inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipping labels and documentation
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and protocols
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day Warehouse Operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient inventory management.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Automation Implementation: Collaborate with our technology team to implement warehouse automation solutions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
Experience:
Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a warehouse or logistics management role.
Attention to Detail: Precise handling of inventory and order accuracy.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and enhance processes.
Operational Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, and order processing.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
