Take on the role of a Warehouse Operations Manager, serving as the cornerstone of our daily operations. Your responsibility is to ensure smooth functionality, create and implement operational policies for increased productivity, and fine-tune our performance by analyzing key indicators for ongoing improvement.
- Lead the day-to-day operations as a Warehouse Operations Manager, ensuring seamless and effective functionality
- Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Analyze and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and attain business objectives
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to a team of employees, fostering motivation and cohesion
- Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality and customer satisfaction
- Cultivate a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, transparent communication, and employee engagement
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years recent & relevant warehouse management experience
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using software applications for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
