Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers - Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels - Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials - Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and track orders - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials - Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs - Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area - Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as required Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer systems - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of different types of parts and equipment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this role.
