· Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders and escalalte any descripencies.
· Administer Quality Control inspections on incoming purchase order receipts and escalate any quality issues and non conformities.
· Unload and inspect packages for damages or discrepancies - Sort, label, and store received items in designated areas .
· Ship daily sales orders and mail. Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to customer specifications.
· Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and maintain records of all transactions.
· Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
· Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Process transactions in EDI, Magento and Amazon. Example ASNs, packing slips and carton labels (UCC labels).
· Produce Commercial Invoices and B13 documentation for customs declaration.
· Arrange customer sales return memo (SRM) pickups domestically and internationally Process customer return packages and put away.
· Assist in the preparation and execution of cycle counts and the annual inventory count.
· Participate in continuous improvement processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
· Take part in weekly warehouse cleanings and keep the warehouse and supply rooms tidy.
· Assist in other areas of the Operations department as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
