To support our future development, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our duty-free stores at Edmonton International Airport. Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for handling a company's incoming and outgoing merchandise, and managing the company's stock, loading, and unloading items from delivery trucks, moving merchandise to the appropriate storage area, preparing outgoing shipments, and checking that orders are complete and not damaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pricing, tagging, and scanning of products.
- Shipping and receiving activities.
- Participate to cycle counts.
- Pick and pack orders.
- Assure that all price changes are implemented accurately and promptly.
- Prepare shipping manifests.
- Creating & Maintaining Customs Documents for CBSA
- Maintaining accurate Inventory Levels
- Maintaining accurate stock levels & notifying if we are low in Top Skus.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentially with regard to all company documentation information and statistics.
- Ensure units conform to all legal and company requirements.
- Manage, coach, and supervise the warehouse team.
- Maintain and deliver daily Orders to the Store.
- Confer and coordinate activities with the Retail Ops Manager and other internal departments to fix the system and resources issues in a timely manner (Navision Super User).
- Ensure that all Health and Safety rules are always kept by inspecting the Storage and Handling equipment periodically.
- Always ensure compliance with all the Airport Security and Customs regulations.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Support the Retail Manager on Global Inventory.
- Provide physical help on activities if necessary.
- Perform other related tasks or projects when needed.
Required Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Physical strength required (must be able to lift 15-20 kg).

- Computer literate.
