Warehouse Team Leader - Québec Branch

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. He must have a close collaboration with his work colleagues as well as all the staff.
The incumbent acts as a trusted person for the Warehouse Supervisor. He distributes the tasks of the team and ensures that orders are prepared in order of priority. He verifies orders and ensures that loads are carried out in accordance with established procedures.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as a positive leader, supports the supervisor in his duties and during his absences;
• Sees to the equitable distribution of tasks in the team;
• Ensures the preparation of orders according to priorities;
• Supports his team for the preparation and verification of orders (forklift driving), as well as the receipt of goods as needed;
• Provides excellent customer service for customers who come to pick up their order;
• Investigate technical errors and propose ideas to prevent them;
• Proactive in health and safety management;
• Participates and coordinates inventory taking;
• Sees to the proper use of equipment and compliance with procedures;
• Perform all other related tasks.
