Job Overview:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials. We are looking for a hands on supervisor who is not only manages the team, but also takes part of every day to does in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of shippers and receivers to ensure they meet their performance goals and maintaine high standards of safety and accuracy.
- Overseas and also performs restocking of the inventory
- Prepare and package items for shipping, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and general shipping labels
- Coordinate the efficent loading and unloading of trucks, containers and other vehicles
- Implement and improve shipping and receiving proceesses to enhance efficency and accuracy
- Track and record inventory levels, conducting regula cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Ensure efficient storage and organization of products within the warehouse
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multitas and prioritize
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
