We take Sundays, Stats and Evenings off, we are closed 2 weeks over Christmas.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Processing and reviewing warranty claims
- Complete warranty documents ensuring accuracy
- Co-ordinate with other Parts and Service staff
- Handle phone inquiries and return messages promptly
- Process work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Call or text customers with updates on repairs.
- Computer proficiency
RV, Automotive, Power Sports or Hardware store experience preferred but not essential.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills, maturity and reliability are a must... and the desire to work as part of a team.
Past experience will be be considered in salary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
