Water Well Technician / Driller

Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment to construct Water Wells
- Set up and maintain drilling rigs and equipment
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOE regulations
- Monitor drilling operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Collect and analyze data to optimize drilling performance
- Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during drilling operations

Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of rig setup and operation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
