Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about services, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, checking customers in for their activity
-Taking payments and damage deposits
-Assisting customers in completing waivers and required documents for their activity
-Sending customers on their way with Dock staff to send them out on their desired boat
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
