We are a non-profit Licensed community childcare, offering quality childcare for almost 30 years to our most vulnerable community members, children between the ages of 3 weeks to 6 years old. We currently operate 3 childcare centres in the Niagara Region , and currently underway to add a 4th center this year.

We are currently seeking Full & Part time registered early childhood educators (RECE) and unqualified Teacher's Assistant ECA's to join our team.
We are looking for the perfect candidate to help work with our existing team to make our childcare program a great success.
A successful candidates, should be able to display strong communication skills, kind and be gentle when interacting with children and use creative ways when engaged with children.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the health and safety of infants, toddlers and preschoolers' in our care,
Our caregivers perform duties such as diaper changing, feeding, indoor & outdoor play time, reading to, educating, playing with and nurturing the children based on their individual interests and needs. They also provide light housekeeping duties and meal prep.
Participate in the planning and conduct an effective child development program to meet the physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs of each child.
Keeping children safe, teaching and following a daily routine, while imparting knowledge to children through fun and play based on the interests of the children through observations.
Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged. Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child. Addressing the physical needs of the individual child or group.
Through Positive relationship and good communication with colleagues and parents. Communicating and interacting positively with coworkers, the children, General Manger, Directors and owners.
Ensure you are adhering to the regulations of the early Years Child Care Licensing Act at all times Interacting with children
Requirements:
Valid Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (including infants)
Current police clearance with vulnerable sector.
Early Childhood Education (RECE) Ideal, but not required.
Up to date Immunization records.
Food Handlers certificate (preferred) but not required.
Good organizational skills and communication (Oral and written).
Must have ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch and kneel.
Must be able to assist with our planned daily program and activities.
Must be able to maintain proper documentation
