AS A PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL…
Our Service Technician teams are the face of our company, and we take that seriously. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while providing outstanding repair, maintenance and installation services.

As a part of our team, we will support you to:
· Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls
· Assess and complete repairs accurately and timely
· Interact with our customers to ensure their concerns are handled in a professional and courteous manner
· Effectively complete work orders
· Maintain an orderly and accurate service vehicle parts inventory
· Support your team members on preventative maintenance and service calls

TALENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in Commercial Food Equipment service
· Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration an asset
· Minimum Class C or Gas Appliance Certificate (Class A/B preferred)
· Electrical troubleshooting skills
· A strong interest in the HVAC & Refrigeration trade is beneficial as we will support and mentor your apprenticeship goals
· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to support and resolve customer concerns
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
· Able to work independently and follow company procedures
· Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written
· Valid Class 5 license with clean driving record
· On-call rotation for after-hours service
· Occasional day trips to nearby communities and towns or longer-term projects
