RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

As Naida’s Digital Website Designer, you would work with a variety of clients in multiple industries to help them achieve their digital marketing goals and raise brand awareness by implementing various best practices for web, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.

At Naida, we’re a collaborative bunch, and as such, you’ll be working with a team of graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, account managers, and more to help our clients grow their businesses. We always do our strategic due diligence, and what this means for you is that you’ll be helping the marketing team execute its website strategies.

Your duties include:

Website

• Determining our clients’ web objectives and developing a web design that solves their business pain points
• Working with clients in a variety of industries to build and develop templated websites
• Developing, designing, and writing on-brand content optimized for web
• Providing on-site or virtual WordPress and website management training to help our clients reach their web goals
• Maintaining WordPress, ensuring our clients’ websites are up to date

Email Marketing

• Creating email content that is engaging and relevant to subscribers’ interests
• Supporting the graphics design team with layout and design

Strategy and Analytics

• Analyzing website data, reporting results, and making recommendations based on findings
• Supporting them strategy team by using a variety of internal and third-party tools to execute digital marketing strategy (SEO, inbound marketing, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.)
• Developing strategies to increase web traffic through search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

Account Management

• Conducting research to understand client needs and wants to develop effective marketing strategies
• Managing relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with services and results

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

• Two to three years of experience in a digital marketing capacity
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience, passionate for web design (Show us your portfolio!)
• Experience with Divi Builder considered an asset
• Strong writing skills with an attention to detail
• Able to stay on-strategy and identify digital initiatives as they arise
• Up to date with current website trends
• Experienced with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
• Can demonstrate an understanding of UI Design best practices
• Strong background in graphic design, able to use the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
• Great organizational skills
