Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Developer & Digital Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through website development and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Web Development & Digital Marketing

• Design, develop, and maintain our company website to ensure functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement website updates and enhancements.
• Optimize website performance, including speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices to continuously improve website functionality and user experience.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Web Development:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Experience with website development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to optimize website content for search engines.

Digital Marketing:

• Previous experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, implementation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
