Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Weekend Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in our sales process, handling inbound warm leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. These leads are potential clients interested in starting new businesses and looking for our expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound warm leads with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Manage and update the lead database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A personal laptop and headset with reliable internet connectivity.
