Key Responsibilities -

• Membership sales - a large component of the Wellness Consultant role is centered around membership sales. The Wellness Consultant must qualify, inform, inspire and convert leads to members
• Cleaning - All team members take pride and share the responsibility to keep our facility the cleanest it can be. Nobody wants to work out in a filthy gym.
• Culture creators - You must love to help create a positive environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences. Delivering top-notch customer service and aiming to improve the lives of each person passing through our club is our number one goal.

• Effective communication with teammates and members is critical
• Friendly, outgoing, approachable and warm with a positive outlook
• Genuine, honest and empathetic towards others wants and needs
• Non-judgmental. We all start somewhere and getting to the gym can be hard enough without judgment
• Technologically savvy. Excellent social media skills are a bonus
• Self-motivated. Able to work both alone and in a team efficiently
• Curious, outside-the-box thinker
• Encouraging and helpful to members and teammates
• Clean, organized and eager to take initiative goals

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
