```Duties```
- Knowledge of Western cuisine and other cuisine Mexican/ Thai/ Japanese and Fast foods is an advantage
Create new recipes and Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with the planning and development of menus
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
