Job Description

WindowRenovation.com is seeking a full time Window & Door Assistant Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in, but are not limited too, Window & Door installation. With close to 20 years experience in the industry, we continue to deliver nothing but excellence to our clients. Our goal at WindowRenovation.com is to hire & train a team of experts. You will learn how to be a professional in the Window & Door installation industry, with opportunities to further your career.

Responsibilities:

Be on time for morning meeting with crew

Confirm that all items & material are counted, measured, free from defect and have correct operation/build

Protect customers property & execute safe work procedures

Prep work areas

Set up sca olding

Service & install windows / doors

Clean up ALL work sites

Perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned

All employees will be required to abide by the Code of Conduct

Qualifications

Ability & understanding of basic carpentry / power tools

Fully stocked tool belt, basic power / hand tools

Minimum 1 year of construction related experience

Valid driver's license

Not required, but ideal:

Fall Arrest Training
Man Lift Certificate
First Aid Certificate

*All applicants should be able to pass a background check*

*All applicants will be required to submit 3 references from past employers*

Compensation

$17.00 - $25.00/hr

All employees are encouraged & given the opportunity to pursue pay raises through showcasing a high level of performance, time spent and certifications.

Work Schedule:

40 Hour Work Week

Monday - Friday, opportunity to work on weekends

Overtime

Out of town work & overnight as needed. Per diem provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
