Bell Mobility's Client Solutions Representative team is a dynamic department within the overall Wireless Client Care team. They spearhead the management of email and phone interactions for our Wireless White Glove Enterprise account base with a strategic partnership with Sales, which included account maintenance, expert consultant on billing matters and self-service applications.
They are responsible for providing exceptional client experience to our Enterprise clients dealing directly with corporate key contacts.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of diverse online and offline tasks
- Proactively navigate clients towards adopting our self-service applications
- Foster and solidify relationships with designated customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Process account provisioning and coordinate completion of orders
- Coordination account or user updates such as but not limited device changes , user name changes , number changes
- Subject Matter Expert of all billing inquiries
- Complete adjustments such as rerates, account transfers and splits, package changes and feature changes
- Comprehensive knowledge of wireless billing systems (NM1 - Amdocs / Corporate Self Serve); essential for efficient and accurate operations
- Proficiency in all Bell Mobility Corporate price plans, enabling effective client advising and problem solving
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, critical in managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
- Profound understanding of internal Bell Mobility corporate processes and the Corporate Self Serve Tool
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of English and French required (read, spoken, written):In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
- Minimum 12 month experience or equivalent
- Working knowledge of SmartPath, Salesforce, NCMS2
- Good knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
