SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced WISP Network Analyst to analyze, design, and enhance our wireless network infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our network services. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on technical work, including network design, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of wireless network coverage, capacity, and performance.
- Design and implement network enhancements to improve service quality and reliability for customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and deploy new wireless technologies and solutions.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain high service levels.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network expansion projects, including site surveys and equipment selection.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the network operations team.
- Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37,440.00-$54,080.00 per year
