Woodworking Teacher

Lakeside School is seeking a part-time Woodwork teacher for the 2021/2022 school year for grades 1-6. We welcome you to join a team of dedicated teachers who are responsible for nurturing, guiding, challenging, and caring for the academic, social, emotional and creative development of our students. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or eligible for)

Familiarity with the new BC Curriculum and Competencies

Minimum one-year Woodworking teaching experiences

Demonstrated ability to devise a variety of assessment processes that effectively allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills

Report writing
