Work Order Processor

Adecco is actively seeking a meticulous Work Order Processor to join our clients team in Belleville, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing Work Orders, ensuring accuracy in technical documentation, and facilitating the invoicing process.

• Pay Rate: $50k/year.
• Location:Belleville, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

• Process Work Orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review technical documents, correcting grammar and ensuring clarity.
• Verify that all parts and costs, including labour and materials, are correctly listed on Work Orders.
• Prepare Work Orders for invoicing, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow processes.

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
