As a Division Workforce Analyst, you are the liaison between Production Control and the Division(s) you support. You would be responsible for reviewing and identifying immediate and future workforce requirements. This includes strong analysis with an understanding of business requirements and indicators impacting Workforce. This includes month end and budget cycle analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, well-versed in data and financial analysis, and backed with demonstrated systems and communication strength. The candidate should be a team player with a collaborative approach and customer service focus; ultimately, your job will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure efficiencies, accuracy, profitability, improvement initiatives and business success

Pay $33.24 - $34.99 plus over-time and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and action of current and anticipated workforce needs on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis (utilizing trending data, business conditions and department collaboration)
  • Workforce forecasting and analysis on a short and long-term basis
  • Examine Workforce requests and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and with a strategic viewpoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills, used to identify inconsistencies, and future risk, and propose solutions
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, prioritization, multi-tasking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset – persistence, creativity, and passion
  • Analysis and reporting of results and forecast to Departments
  • Investigate struggle points within Workforce and downstream customers to develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
  • Budget cycle planning of workforce including New Model and other projects
  • Management of positions and department organization and assignment

Requirements:

  • Completed Post-Secondary education in Business, Accounting, Math or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel; Use of advanced functions (Names, VLOOKUP, IF, IS), work with pivot tables, manage and format data and advanced charts and tables, Macros, VBA, PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Participation in the REACH program (i.e., Kaizen, Hawk Eye or Safety submissions)
  • Completion of an NH Circle
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos, Power BI, Access, Smartsheets, and Microsoft (SQL)
  • Proven ability to utilize technology to streamline and improve existing systems and processes
