Working Foreman/woman

We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman/Forewoman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry as a Working Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

-Ability to operate heavy equipment

Skills:
- Build: Demonstrated ability to oversee the construction process from start to finish.
- Blueprint reading: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Quality Control: Skilled in conducting quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
- Budgeting: Knowledge of budgeting principles to effectively manage project costs.
- Construction estimating: Ability to accurately estimate project costs.
