Working Supervisor - Home Renovation

We are seeking an experienced renovation Supervisor to join our team at KITCHEN AND BATH RENO.

The ideal candidate would have a good track record of successfully managing residential renovation projects from start to finish.

This position entails doing skilled work on site and being hands on with the crew when necessary.

Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom renovations is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of up to 5 renovation projects simultaneously
• Keep an ongoing communication with customers and showroom team to keep them informed of progress and any issues that arise
• Perform work onsite when needed. (Own transportation and tools)
• Schedule subcontractors and trades as needed
• Supervise the work being done to ensure it is done correctly and the work is compliant with building codes and regulations
• Keep records and coordinate the materials and supplies on the job site
• Read drawings and other specifications and pass on technical information to the team members when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
