Yard Equipment Operator - Lloydminster, Ab

Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Yard Equipment Operator for our Lloydminster North facility located in Lloydminster, Alberta. This position is responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks, minor maintenance work, supporting control with inventory documentation and full adherence and full adherence to safety compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platform, cars and lifting devices
• Ship and receive products
• Support inventory control with accurate documentation
• Follow all workplace safety policies, and compliance regulations
• Perform routine maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Forklift Safety Training certificate an asset
• Experience with routine maintenance operations
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate verbally
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Must be physically able to lift heavy material
