Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and reliable Yard Person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our yard operations and supporting various tasks integral to our construction and restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

o Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload materials, products, or equipment.

o Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard organized, clean, and in good order. Arrange materials for easy access and retrieval.

o Assist with Deliveries: Support the delivery process by preparing materials for shipping and receiving.

o Equipment Operation: Operate company vehicles, forklifts, or other equipment as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

o Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and task completion.

Qualifications:

o Valid driver's license (Class 1 is an asset).

o Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

o Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.

o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
