The suitable candidates will be able to perform the following duties:
Selling, loading, unloading and delivering Lumber and related products;
Yard, shed and warehouse upkeep and maintenance;
Receiving freight and merchandise accordingly;
Identify and assist customers with advice, information and/or help in gathering and loading orders;
Maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records;
Safely operate various equipment and vehicle, and keep maintenance records;
Maintaining a welcoming, clean and safe environment.
The suitable candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum Grade 10 Education;
Minimum of 2 years experience in the retail Lumber Industry preferred
Safety certifications preferred
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team;
MUST possess a valid class 5 drivers License, with a clean drivers abstract;
MUST be able to provide a Satisfactory Criminal record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Passport.
