SalaryKelowna City FC is seeking energetic and motivated candidates to join our Coaching Staff for 2024. We're looking for individuals who love the game of soccer to help develop players in the Okanagan region. We are a partner club of Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the Okanagan area.
Our coaches will be asked to work with groups between the ages of 4 and 18 in different aspects of the game. Physical Literacy, Individual Skill Development as well as team and game-play are cornerstones of our programming. We provide curriculum, lesson plans, mentoring and a comprehensive internal coaching education platform to help coaches succeed and grow.
Coaches need knowledge of and a passion for the game, prior/current playing experience is considered an asset.
Compensation will depend on previous experience, certifications as well as the programs which you are assigned to.
Coaches must also present us with a completed up-to-date police clearance in order to be hired for any positions. Please note that an in-progress police clearance will not be deemed sufficient to begin work.
In addition, Coaches must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive to sessions at different locations
At the present time, we are also ONLY looking for candidates who either reside in the Okanagan area or will reside in the area in Winter/Spring/Summer 2023 We will NOT be looking to relocate coaches to the area at the present time.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$75.00 per hour
Schedule:
