Responsibilities

Work with designers & managers, Fullstack and Backend Engineers to build a next-generation IoT web application(s) with a focus on an extraordinary client-side experience
Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems

Participate in design and code reviews

Requirements:
3+ years professional experience as a Front End Engineer

Solutions Architect - Customer Placement (Melbourne)

The client is a global mining company who have a large number of IT/OT infrastructure projects in the pipeline, this is a great opportunity to learn and get insight into how mine sites function and work with a fabulous team (both from Outcomex and the Client).

Customer Success Program Administrator (Melbourne)

This is a newly created role, who’s main purpose will be to manage the Customer Success Program of works for each vendor, providing a single point of contact for Sales, Marketing and external vendors. They will own the end-to-end process to ensure any available rebates and revenue is captured, submitted, approved and subsequently paid.

This is a fast-paced environment which can be challenging at times, but when we win, we all win together; and you will enjoy the thrill that comes from developing your skills on a daily basis.

Role Overview:
As this is a new role, Work with Sales, Marking and the Cisco Customer Success Team to create and document a process of engagement and list of requirements.
Gain knowledge of the specific vendor Customer Success programs, including the systems in which they use to track eligible sales and payments.
Work with the Sales Teams to identify opportunities, process lodgement and track payment.
Stay up to date with the various incentive programs which are on offer and what the eligibility criteria is.
