Customer Success Program Administrator (Melbourne)
This is a newly created role, who’s main purpose will be to manage the Customer Success Program of works for each vendor, providing a single point of contact for Sales, Marketing and external vendors. They will own the end-to-end process to ensure any available rebates and revenue is captured, submitted, approved and subsequently paid.

Role Overview:

We have a permanent full-time position available for an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager with proven client facing and industry experience delivering medium to large scale ICT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Networks & Data Center projects end to end.
This is a key position within the Outcomex Project Management Office, focused on delivery of medium to large integrations and deployments of critical ICT infrastructure, including the establishment of required ongoing support services for our customers.
In this role, you will provide overall leadership and have accountability for the delivery of your projects in accordance with the agreed direction and vision. This includes accountability for the effective management of projects and functional activities within the projects, their risks, issues, conflicts, priorities, resources, and communications.
