Lanark County’s – Lanark Lodge, “People Caring for People”, is an accredited 163 bed Long
Term Care Home with Accreditation Canada that strives to provide progressive resident centred
care for our residents in an atmosphere of respect that fosters independence and fulfillment.We
are seeking a self-motivated professional change agent for the following part-time on call
positions starting immediately.

PART TIME ON CALL
COOK (1 Position Available)

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have grade ten education with certificate as a Cook from the Ontario Apprenticeship and
Tradesmen Qualification Act (or equivalent) and recent Food Handlers Certificate (Health Unit)
combined with a minimum of two years experience cooking in a Long-Term Care facility as well
as appropriate literacy and language skills. Must meet job demands, physical and cognitive.
This position salary range is $26.37 to $27.92 (2023 rates) as per the C.U.P.E. Collective
Agreement.
