Term Care Home with Accreditation Canada that strives to provide progressive resident centred
care for our residents in an atmosphere of respect that fosters independence and fulfillment.We
are seeking a self-motivated professional change agent for the following part-time on call
positions starting immediately.
PART TIME ON CALL
FOOD SERVICES AIDE

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have minimum grade ten education;
- Long-term care licensees may hire a food service worker with institutional, health care,
educational/training requirements) that the licensee is reasonably satisfied will allow
them to perform the duties required of the position.
- Food Service Worker Certificate considered an asset.
- Must have a current Food Handlers Certificate (Health Unit). It is the responsibility of
the Food Services Manager when requested;
- Minimum of one year food handler’s experience is desired;
- Appropriate literacy, language and communication skills;
- Must meet job demands, physical and cognitive;
- Commitment to excellent attendance.
This position salary range is $23.21 to $24.39 Uncertified and $24.15 to $25.33 Certified (2023
rates) as per the C.U.P.E. Collective Agreement.
