Job Description
- Collaborate with Operational Risk partners, across multiple lines of business to ensure successful and timely execution of Operational Resilience program requirements
- Partnering with IT and Operations colleagues, using a variety of tools and technologies, create process maps of critical processes and assets (people, process, premises, technology, third party and data)
- Support project requirements, timelines, and reporting
- Organize a variety of documents in a SharePoint-based reference library
- Assist in developing procedure documents to define the roles, responsibilities, and processes to execute the requirements in the Operational Resilience Standard
