Laurus is hiring two (2) dynamic Account Representatives to close leads and reduce cancellations from January to August. Successful candidates will nurture relationships with families through follow-up calls from September to December, gathering feedback and building excitement for our 2025 camp sessions!
Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion (January-August):
- Execute effective lead nurturing strategies to convert potential camp attendees into confirmed registrations.
- Employ various communication channels (phone, email, and possibly virtual meetings) to establish rapport and address inquiries, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead sources and tailor communication accordingly.
2. Cancellation Prevention (July-August):
- Implement proactive measures to minimize cancellations during the critical period leading up to the camp season.
- Engage with parents and address concerns, providing additional information about the camp and its benefits to reinforce their commitment.
3. Feedback and Relationship Building (September-December):
- Conduct follow-up calls with families who have participated in previous camps, gathering valuable feedback on their experience.
- Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Utilize feedback to make necessary improvements and adjustments to enhance the camp experience.
- Keep families warm and engaged by providing updates on upcoming camp activities, early bird registration incentives, and other relevant information for the 2025 season.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates, cancellation rates, and feedback received.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance enrollment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, enrollment, or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Passion for working with families and creating positive camp experiences.
Compensation:
- Base annual salary: $45,000 - $50,000
- Commission: 2% on closed leads.
