What does a Account Supervisor in Toronto do?
-Collaborate with the Embedded Account Manager to complete administrative tasks and responsibilities
-Client Radio Tracking
-Maintain comprehensive inventory records of Gardaworld devices deployed throughout Canada
-Receive, assess, and grant or deny approval of Gardaworld invoices prior to their receipt by the client
-Regular collaboration with GardaWorld regional stakeholders (A/M, Operations, P&B, etc.)
-Primary point of escalation (Google Security Staff)
-KPI tracking and reporting
-Scheduling verification and oversight
Qualifications to become a Account Supervisor in Toronto
-Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry
-Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment 
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
-Valid Ontario security guard license
-WSIB approved first aid card 
-Available to work flexible hours  
-Have a clean criminal record  
-Be eligible to work in Canada
