Property Force (Canada) Inc. located at 18 Wynford Dr., Unit 607 North York, Ontario, is seeking an Accounting Bookkeeper to join their team.

Duties:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties such as processing/posting the daily transactions and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including bank reconciliation.
- Maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers and advise on daily payables requirements.
- Verify all customer invoices to ensure correct billing information is present and up to date.
- Monitor all vendor accounts to identify discrepancies in payment received, and to follow up for any outstanding payment/information.
- Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable as required by management.
- Advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual tax instalment payment requirement for GST/HST, Corporate taxes, MAT, Property taxes.
- Preparation of Tenant Monthly installment (TMI) Estimates and reconciliation
- Preparation of payroll and advise on necessary source of deduction requirement.
