About Us
Complete Distribution Services Ltd (formerly PA Fine Foods) is a direct to store distributor servicing the Canadian Prairies, & the Far North with Multi Temperature Distribution Services. We are an independently owned and operated company that was established in 1985.
The Role
Working closely with our Administration Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities. This position would work anywhere from 32-40 hours a week.
General ledger posting and Account Balancing.
Accounts Payable postings, Vendor charge backs and Reporting.
General administration and clerical tasks.
Transfer calls, screen, and answer or refer inquiries to proper channels.
Maintain appropriate filing systems.
Maintain an organized, clean and orderly work environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
Strong Accounting skills
Strong communication both written and verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player and a hard worker, ability to multitask
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
A good eye for detail, prompt and reliable
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office software with a high level of accuracy
Strong time management skills.
The successful candidate will have working knowledge of accounting policies and procedures; office and administration procedures, including records management systems; as well as confidently work in a variety of database systems with speed and accuracy. We are committed to workplace diversity.
Pay is based on experience.
