We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Responsible for processing internal payroll and driver payments
- Responsible for preparing and filing mandatory taxes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
