Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Technician. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing support to our accounting department. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement - Process financial transactions such as accounts receivable, data entry, and payroll - Utilize accounting software to record and track financial information - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management - Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information Skills: - Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze numerical data - Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial services - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Experience with accounting software and data entry - Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
