Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing and posting payments
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with the preparation of reports and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to Accounts Receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Quickbooks
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers
- Familiarity with financial services and basic math principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Experience in the construction industry is an asset, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
