SalaryThis position reports to the Controller. The Accounts Receivable is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Including the following:
Accounts Receivable:
1. Process credit card payments when customers call in or email payment details
2. Process EFT payments in NetSuite
3. Prepare deposits and enter into NetSuite, ensuring payments are applied to the invoices specified by the customer
4. Make collections calls, including solving any issues the customer has with their account
5. Process customers monthly statements
6. Back up to Receptionist
7. Any reporting required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
