The Role
Children’s Activity Attendant
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Children’s Activity Attendant will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience.
As an ambassador of Killarney Mountain Lodge and Sportsman’s Inn, the Children’s Activity Attendant will be highly visible and regularly engage with our guests. This role will ensure that our guests are engaged in our activity programs.
As the Children’s Activity Attendant, you will take principal accountability for adult and children’s outdoor and indoor adventure opportunities in and around Killarney while providing our guests with exceptional customer service through interactions on the phone, via email and in person.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading guest on activities associated with our daily activity program activities including arts & crafts , indoor and outdoor games, nature interpretations, other adventures.
- Working with the concierge to ensure all guest reserved are accounted for and all revenues are collected
- Ensuring all related equipment and materials are stocked and ordered when necessary
- Ensuring all related equipment is stored properly and in good repair
- Reporting on head counts and guest’s experiences from activities to evaluate success rates
- Ensuring guest safety and reporting in any incidents promptly
- Rendering basic first aid when able and calling in support when not
- Working with Concierge and Adventure Officer to ensure a smooth-running program.
- Support and fill in for concierge in their absence

Salary: $16.55 per hour
